LastRx Programming and Guidance
All of the LastRx Programming and Guidance can be found right within the TrueCoach App.
As you move through the programming, leaving notes on how things felt, weights being used, etc. will be helpful to refer back to as you progress through the program and for an Rx Professional to review should you need assistance or guidance at any point.
You can expect to see your programming in the True Coach App by the next business day.
Example: if you enroll on a Thursday, you can expect to see your programming by Friday. If you enroll on a Friday, you can expect to see your programming by Monday.
LastRx Community
In our LastRx Community, you can ask questions, provide feedback, and share thoughts about your experience in working through the LastRx program.
If you have not done so yet, please join our Active Life Community App so you can join our private group for LastRx Clients!
Once you’ve joined the app, please request to join the LastRx navigating to ‘Individuals’ then ‘LastRx’.
You can also request to join by clicking HERE, but you must have downloaded the app first.
Live Sessions
Throughout the program, you’ll also have the opportunity to sign up for a live session with an Active Life Rx Professional for $100 per session. While they’re not essential to your progress with the program, they can serve as an opportunity to work with our team directly as you continue along your LastRx Path.

With support from our experienced professionals and a supportive community of fellow LastRx members, you'll have all the necessary resources to achieve your goals and maintain your active lifestyle.
