About Me

I grew up in the heart of suburban Long Island and attended college in Maryland. I earned a bachelor’s degree in American Studies and subsequently spent the better part of a decade in business management. I learned the finest points of intrapersonal connection and interpersonal care. Over the past ten years I’ve applied those skills to the fitness space at large.

I now live in Los Angeles where I enjoy feeling simultaneously out of place yet comfortably at home.My current passion is seeking the advancement of Fitness Professionals. I aim to help them find the best versions of themselves and their offerings -- doing so with joyful exuberance.
