About Me

I am a husband and father, those titles and the responsibilities that come along with them come first.

After that I’m a physical therapist who is heavily invested in educating the people I work with about their own bodies. Building programs is the easy part, helping people make sense of their pain/experience, coupled with a solid program, is what leads to long lasting change and that’s what I’m interested in.
